Magical Abbey Road Farm Wedding

A couple walking on a field at Abbey Road Farm at sunset.

I was so excited when I got to capture Erin and Ernest’s Abbey Road Farm wedding! This venue is spectacular and the couple was seriously a dream to work with. Read below for highlights about Abbey Road Farm and this couple’s magical wedding day!

How Erin and Ernest’s Wedding Day Unfolded

Erin and Ernest’s Abbey Road Farm wedding kicked off with the couple getting ready each surrounded by a handful of loved ones. They also included a gift exchange during their getting ready time, which was so sweet! Once the bride and groom were ready, they headed outside to the lawn for their first look followed by wedding and family photos. Having photos before your ceremony is such a great way to get all those all-important friends and family photos, while also being able to enjoy your reception post-ceremony.

In the late afternoon, Erin and Ernest exchanged vows at their magical outdoor ceremony with the most beautiful natural background. (Fun fact: they got their paperwork done early and signed their marriage license beforehand allowing for even more party time with their loved ones!)

Directly following the ceremony, we took a few post-ceremony photos of the couple. Even though we had gotten the bulk of their photos done beforehand, it was so much fun to capture these just-married moments and see how genuinely happy they were at that moment. As the couple made their grand entrance into cocktail hour, I’m not joking when I say that they were glowing! The rest of the evening consisted of several heartfelt speeches, dinner, cutting the cake, and dancing. As the sun was going down toward the end of the evening, I pulled the couple away for some absolutely magical photos in the farm’s field and vineyard. Once we had captured the last of their photos, Erin and Ernest returned to their guests and celebrated the rest of the night!

Perks of an Abbey Road Farm Wedding

With a capacity of 200 people, Abbey Road Farm is an amazing venue for small and medium-sized weddings. Its outdoor ceremony setup boasts manicured gardens and a turf lawn with a gorgeous vineyard and forest backdrop. For those wanting to stay indoors, its newly renovated horse-riding area is a beautifully rustic option. Plus, you won’t have to worry about running into anyone else, as Abbey Road Farm hosts only one event at a time!
