I have been a photographer for over a decade, taking all the classes I could throughout high school and college. My husband and I were a 2020 couple that had to reschedule our big wedding and opted instead for an elopement in Mt. Hood. Our day was perfect, beautiful, and so incredibly us. My goal is to help my couples experience the same! Your day should be all about your love, celebrated the way you want.
Hiking in the mountains, rock climbing, and camping . Traveling to new places, experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. Snuggling by the fire, books, waffles, and Netflix. Spending time with my husband, dog, and two cats.
Experience over production
One of the things that I focus is on is making my couples feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I always tell my couples to treat our sessions like a date and almost pretend like I am not there. I like to offer more prompts than super posey poses that encourage my couples to be their natural selves. Don't worry, I will tell you if something looks awkward or out of place. I love when couples share how much fun they had at a shoot and I can walk away feeling like I've made new friends.
When not photographing love stories, I can be found exploring with my husband and sweet dog, Mona. We love the outdoors and are always down for an adventure. Traveling is one of our favorite things to do and we made it our goal as a married couple to see all of the National Parks. We love to road trip and take Mona everywhere we go!
