From the moment I met with Judith and Joshua over Zoom, I knew that they would be a joy to work with. They actually traveled from a different state for their Oregon Golf Club Wedding, and I am so grateful that I got to capture them tying the knot! Here’s a glimpse into their love and their special day.
Judith + Joshua: How This couple Prioritized People Over Things for Their Oregon Golf Club Wedding
One of my favorite things about Judith and Joshua is just how relational they are. When I heard their proposal story – just the two of them in their apartment together – it was clear to me that they valued their relationships over everything else. So, it was such a dream to connect with them and photograph their Oregon Golf Club wedding. Having the privilege of capturing a love story like theirs is why I absolutely love my job!
The Story of Judith + Joshua’s Oregon Golf Club Wedding
Judith and Joshua started off their day getting ready with their wedding party at the Oregon Golf Club. I then captured their first look among the pine trees. It was seriously so dreamy! After their private first look moment, their friends and family joined them for some editorial wedding party photos – I’m absolutely OBSESSED with how the blurry ones came out and am so excited for you to get to see them in this blog!
The couple then had the sweetest ceremony with gorgeous rustic views, followed by their cocktail hour (which they were able to join – a perk of getting most of their photos done during their first look!) and an immaculate choreographed first dance. They then had their reception, which featured the cutest glass and cloth details imported from Taiwan and Korea! Their wedding speeches, father-daughter, and mother-son dances soon followed. Finally, as the sun set, I snuck Judith and Joshua out for gorgeous golden hour editorial wedding photos. Mt. Hood even made an appearance which was the cherry on top of a magical day.

“Taylor was able to quickly adapt and guide us when we met the day of our wedding, and worked well together despite meeting for the first time! She arrived early to the venue to do some scouting and was super prepared when I was suffering with decision fatigue. During the event, she was also sensitive and considerate, offering moral support through reassuring us that we were on schedule, etc., and sharing her excitement when photographs turned out well. She even drove us up a hill in her own car to get the best sunset photos!”
