Charming Wedding at Hubbard Chapel

A couple standing at the alter with pews filled with guest to their wedding at Hubbard Chapel.

Anesia and Daniel’s wedding was seriously the best! They decided to tie the knot at Hubbard Chapel, a charming space built in 1892 with gorgeous architecture, a cute outdoor patio, and STUNNING stained glass windows (more on that below).  Here’s a little view into their day.

How Family Made Anesia + Daniel’s Day Extra Special

Anesia and Daniel’s wedding day at Hubbard Chapel was truly a household affair! Their families helped them get ready at the chapel, and Anesia’s two sisters and Daniel’s brother made up the wedding party. It was heartwarming to see them all show so much love to the bride and groom.

When Anesia and Daniel first reached out, they shared with me that they wanted romantic and laid-back photos that they would cherish forever. Well, I had the most amazing time capturing how fun, sweet, and joyful the day was! It’s safe to say they got exactly what they wanted!

Anesia + Daniel’s Hubbard Chapel Wedding: It’s All in the Details

Anesia and Daniel’s Hubbard Chapel wedding was filled with so many personal touches! I absolutely loved capturing all the little details that made their day so special, including their Polaroid guestbook station and the playful butterfly-and-feather print on the inside of Daniel’s blazer!

Luckily, the weather was on our side, so I was able to take some beautiful photos of everyone on the outside patio. I also snuck Anesia and Daniel away for more intimate shots next to the chapel’s colorful stained-glass windows. The way the rainbow of light painted the couple seriously made me feel like I was in a dream.  It was an absolutely unforgettable moment!

After the ceremony, the couple enjoyed tacos from one of their favorite street taco vendors, Kali Street Tacos, who they had cater the reception. I love when couples add special touches like this to really make their wedding their own! Anesia and Daniel then closed off their wedding night by cutting their cake and dancing with friends and family. It was the perfect ending to a magical day.

Anesia and Daniel were absolute rockstars and it was such a dream to be a part of their special day at Hubbard Chapel! For more charming wedding inspiration, check out this Intimate Pomarius Nursery Wedding at Blockhouse PDX!
