How Brittany + Raymond Planned Their Silver Falls Wedding
When they first inquired with me, Brittany and Raymond were pregnant with twins but they didn’t let that stop them from getting married!
The couple planned their wedding at The Old Ranch at Silver Falls State Park near Salem, Oregon. They each got ready at separate cabins so they could have a first look.
Before seeing Raymond, Brittany did a first look with her bridesmaids, her father, and her brother. Everyone was so emotional and excited! Meanwhile, Raymond was getting ready at the ranch with his son. When they both were ready, they did a first look in the field, surrounded by forest followed by couples photos, wedding party photos, and family photos.
Their outdoor wedding ceremony took place in the field under a tent. One of the sweeteest moments of the ceremony was toward the end. They included a sand ceremony that joind their sands along with Raymond’s son to start their new family. It was a beautiful moment to symbolize the blending of the families.
A Surprise Reveal at the Reception
It’s not often I get to photograph a pregnant couple on their wedding day so getting the chance with Brittany and Raymond was so much fun!
The couple decided to do a gender reveal during their cake cutting at the reception and they wanted to surprise their guests with the news. Everyone knew they were expecting twins, but no one knew about the gender reveal at the wedding reception. It was definitely a surprise and so much fun seeing all the different emotions.
Brittany and Raymond’s Silver Falls wedding was absolutely incredible! From their beautiful ceremony to the fun reveal, everything was so much fun!
